Recipe of Basque-French origin. Very appreciated in all homes, and adapted to particular tastes. More common the custard one, but we also make chocolate one for the sweetest toothed. A “joy” at any time!

Wheat flour, milk and its derivatives, eggs, butter, cornstarch, pastry cream, sugar, vanilla essence, lemon essence, butter essence, corn starch and baking powder. May contain traces of nuts, soy beans, sesame and sulphites.
