Under our farmhouse Mañe Azpi is the Mañeko bakery, where for more than 30 years we have made artisan pastries based on traditional recipes, such as our emblematic anise rosquilles, passed down from the grandmother. What started as a home made recipe has become a recognized brand in fairs and markets throughout the Basque Country and Spain. Today you can enjoy our sweets wherever you are, staying or not in our hotel, thanks to our online store or visiting us in markets or fairs in your city.
